Shipping Terms

1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you. All our stock are limited a may change at any given time.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-7 business days of payment of order. Our operate on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time we will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.2 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.3 Delivery Address

Goods will be delivered on business days only. We do not offer deliveries on weekends or public holidays. A signature will be required when your order is delivered; we recommend you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your order and sign for it.

All prices displayed on our website are in South African Rands (ZAR) and will be charged in South African Rands at checkout.

4.4 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a notification so they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

6. Parcels Damaged In Transit

Loka Pretoria shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the goods. Where Customers lodge a claim and Loka Pretoria chooses to accept limited liability as specified herein, then and in such a case, no such claim shall be considered unless the Customer and/or Sender lodges a claim in writing within 12 hours after delivery of the goods to the Recipient. We reiterate claims received after this time period will not be considered.
